FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I attach the sensor light?
The Luvo™ sensor light has integrated magnets behind its aluminum housing, allowing you to attach it directly to any magnetic surface (especially iron).
For all other surfaces, we include two metal plates with strong adhesive tape that you can attach anywhere. The sensor light will then also adhere to them magnetically.
To charge, you can simply pull the sensor light away and clip it back on.
How long does the battery last?
The integrated Li-ion battery has a capacity of 1000 mAh. The operating time depends heavily on usage (lighting mode, brightness, and light color). Note that the sensor light is constantly in standby mode due to its sensor function and therefore consumes a small amount of battery power even when not illuminated.
Application example 1:
You use the Luvo light in a wall cabinet in the kitchen , which you open several times a day. With this usage, the lamp needs to be charged 1-2 times a month .
Application example 2:
You use the Luvo light in the bathroom at night in sensor mode. With this usage, the lamp needs to be recharged after approximately 10 days .
How do I charge the sensor light?
You simply plug the included USB-C cable into the charging port.
The charging time is approximately 2 hours.
Make sure the cable is plugged in correctly and that the indicator light glows red during charging. Once the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will turn green.

How long does shipping take?
We ship every Luvo™ sensor light from our warehouse in Lachen (Schwyz). If you order before 5:00 PM , you'll receive your package the next day.

We offer a two-year warranty on the Luvo™ sensor light and all its features (including the Li-Ion battery).
If something doesn't work or doesn't work as described, please contact us at any time so we can send you a replacement device.
How do I remove the glued clips?
Our clips are bomb-proof, so your Luvo lamp won't fall down! :) If you ever want to remove it or place it somewhere else, here's a simple tip: It's best to use a hair dryer (a heat gun is even better) and warm up the adhesive under the metal clip. This way, it can be removed much more easily and without annoying residue.
How do I change the light color?
You can choose between three light colors. Change the light color by pressing the button in "ON" mode. Important: The light color cannot be changed in "Auto" mode.
