After you have placed your order in our online shop, our partner company will contact you to create the portrait of your four-legged friend.
All you have to do is send them a suitable photo of your favorite and a few days later you will receive the digital draft for print approval.
How long does it take until I receive the picture with frame?
Our partner will usually deliver your image to your home postage-free within 10 days. This depends solely on the number of revisions and your print approval.
What if the picture frame is damaged after transport?
Our partner company specializes in shipping pictures. Your picture frame will be carefully packaged and optimally protected during its journey. Should any damage occur, we will send you a new frame immediately and free of charge.
