We ship every Alpura cutting board from our warehouse in Lachen (Schwyz). If you order before 5 p.m. , you will receive your package the next day.
Can I get a thin, cheap sheet of metal (like what others offer)?
NO!
We know there are unfortunately many bad apples who dropship cheap cutting boards. For exorbitant prices, you receive thin, cheap sheet metal delivered directly from China in 1-2 weeks.
That's not how we do things!
Our Alpura cutting boards, with a material thickness of 1.5mm, have extremely high strength and stability, offering not only optimal durability but also a great look and feel. Size L, for example, weighs over 900 grams, which proves the high quality. Furthermore, our Alpura cutting boards are stored in Lachen Schwyz and pass through our own hands before shipping!
Won't the stainless steel board damage my knives?
No! The Alpura cutting board made of 304 stainless steel is softer than most knife steels , so your blades won't become blunt. It is perfect for cheap as well as very expensive and high-quality knives.
Is the cutting board slipping on my kitchen counter?
NO, not anymore!
We took our customers' feedback on the first version of the Alpura cutting board very seriously and, together with our producer, developed a patented anti-slip system. Mounting slots are milled into all four corners, which hold the durable silicone feet. The silicone feet can be easily removed for thorough cleaning and reattached.

Can I clean the cutting board in the dishwasher?
