What condition are the cutting boards in?
These cutting boards come in their original cardboard packaging (sealed). They have been cleaned and inspected, but are supplied without the original clear plastic film.
The cutting boards may have some minor scratches, grease stains, or slight discoloration.
However, none of this affects the quality or functionality!
It's best to put the cutting boards in the dishwasher once after receiving them :)
Have these cutting boards already been used?
Of course not!
These cutting boards came from a sales promotion at Swiss Post branches.
They were simply removed from their original protective film and displayed as demonstration samples.
How long does shipping take?
We ship every Alpura cutting board from our warehouse in Lachen (Schwyz). If you order before 5 p.m. , you will receive your package the next day.
Is there (still) a warranty on the cutting boards?
Yes, we also offer a lifetime guarantee against rust and breakage on these display models. You can be sure that your cutting board will last a lifetime.
Light scratches on the surface after use are perfectly normal and a sign that the board is softer than your knives. This protects the sharpness of your blades and does not affect the function or hygiene of the cutting board.
